Refund Policy
How refunds, cancellations, deposits, and digital service fees are handled for TwoBoys website projects and add-ons.

Custom digital services
TwoBoys mainly provides custom digital services. Because design, planning, development, strategy, and setup work begins after approval, fees for completed work, used hours, third-party costs, and delivered milestones are generally non-refundable.
Deposits and cancellations
Deposits reserve project time and may be non-refundable once work has started. If a project is cancelled, we may invoice for completed work, costs incurred, and any agreed cancellation terms.
If we cannot deliver an agreed service for reasons within our control, we will work with you on a fair remedy, which may include correction, replacement, credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Subscriptions and add-ons
Recurring services such as care plans, hosting support, or A.S.T.R.A add-ons may be cancelled according to the written agreement. Amounts already billed for active or completed service periods are generally not refundable.
